REVITALIZE

YOUR HEALTH

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture heals by balancing energy within the body. Once the needles are in most of our patients feel a sense of deep relaxation, & even sleepiness.

Acupuncture can effectively treat conditions such as chronic or acute pain, sports and work related injuries, tendinitis, carpal tunnel, arthritis, headaches, stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, insomnia, PMS, digestive problems, thyroid disorders, and more (World Health Organization).

ACU-FACIAL

Gentle acupuncture needling for your face, using time-tested protocols. Our patients find that they have firmer, smoother skin tones after treatment.

Helps with production of new collagen (the foundation of your skin). Helps to soften deeper wrinkles and refine fine facial lines. Reduction of bags and facial sagging (chin, eyelids, etc).

CUPPING

Cupping is a therapy designed to stimulate the flow of blood and Qi within the superficial muscle layers. It is used for many ailments including sore muscles, tension, neck pain, and common colds.

Small cups are placed over specific areas on your body. A vacuum is created under the cup using heat and placed over affected areas of the body. This treatment may leave redness circle marks on the skin, that will naturally dissipate in 3 - 7 days.

GUA SHA

Gua Sha is another technique used to release muscle tension, tightness, and constriction. It can also help the body release trapped heat in feverish conditions.

A specialized tool is used to gently scrape or rub the skin over a problem area. Gua Sha feels a bit like deep massage. This treatment may leave some slight redness on the skin, that will quickly dissipate in 3 - 7 days.

SERVICES
HERBAL CONSULT

Chinese Herbal medicine draws from hundreds of herbs for specific conditions.

Herbs and Minerals are prescribed in the form of tea or pills. Chinese herbs are a gentle, effective, affordable, and time-proven therapy for the treatment of both chronic and acute illness.

MOXIBUSTION

Moxibustion is a treatment that uses an herb called Mugwort or Artemisia vulgaris.

Mugwort may be burned on the handle of the needle, above the skin, on salt or on a slice of ginger. This is used as a warming therapy to "warm" acupuncture points or areas in order to quicken the healing process.
